Coughing, red cheeks….doesn’t look so good
….and someone looks angry? That is definitely not a happy look on his face.
That is a helluva stink-eye, there. XD Brilliantly drawn.
What is it with the Murakami brothers?? Geez!!
Apparently they don’t like to show weakness in any way. Typical boys.
you guys do realize that sam is a girl even though she wants to be seen and took for a male ?
I don’t usually jump in, but I think this is important.
If Sam wants to be seen as and taken for a male, Sam is male. There is nothing for the the previous posters to realize, since they’ve correctly gendered Sam.
I understand that Sam’s identity hasn’t been made completely explicit in the narrative yet, but it is meant to be deducible, and will be made clear soon. I hope you can respect that in the meantime. Thanks for your comment.
Uh I think I didn’t express myself clearly… For me sam is a boy no matter what… I myself partof those category in way… I was more reacting the “typical boys” commeny wish I don’t think correct… I am not not sure that Sam hiding her feelings and problem is related of her being a boy but more her being a member a japanese background familly… But it is just my though
But be sure that I see Sam the way he has to be seen, after reading the description of your characters I understood immediatly that Sam has to be seen as boy from now to the end.
But do have to be honest (since we are on it). Even though I know that Sam is a boy, for a very long time before reading the character description, I was reading Sam as a girl. I though her name was Samantha and I could tell from the face it was a girl. I though Sam was a tomboy. It’s latter when you start to draw Sam’s face more manly and after reading your fans comments speaking of him as a boy that I begin to see my mistake. So I went to read the character description. Now I see him as a boy since it’s a boy. But I can’t help speaking of him in a woman terms from time to time and even come back to my first Tomboy interpretation sometimes.
A bit like if you see a movie and after you read the book which inspire it and you realize that the main character description is completly different from the actor they took. You end up liking more the book but keep picturing the main character as he is in the movie even though you know that it’is not how he should look like.
It’s really frustrating…
Don’t smoke, Sam!!!
I don’t understand! why’s Lee giving Sam such a stink-eye? What’d Sam do? >.<
Why does he have bandages on his head?
It’s a hair band to keep is fang away from his eyes while he is working in the kitchen…
