What is that dark shape in Panel 2?
It’s either a badly painted potted plant, or a Cher wig.
Hah, then it’s got to be a Cher wig, cause I can totally see that office woman donning it after work hours and go “It’s in his kiiiiiissss!”
She’s not even doing paperwork. She’s booking herself gigs.
And just like that, the random lady at the doctor’s office has an elaborate backstory.
I love you.
Does that sign in panel two say “Corny ove at time of service?”
Copay due at time of service
I have notoriously poor vision, thank you for that
I like the “corny ove at time of service” better
I guess now we learn that Lee traded the ability to talk to cats for the ability to see demons.
Gotta tell you, it;s not what I was expecting.
FYI, I’m on the latest version of firefox, and your convention schedule and social media icons are overlapping the image.
We’re actively working on the site right now so things might be wonky for a smidge while we settle everything back in to place. Thanks for the heads up.
I really like your comic, btw. Thanks so much for all the hard work you do.
This also happens to me. Just right click>view image, and then return to go to the next page. annoying, but works well.
Is this still happening? If so, can you please let us know your browser and operating system? If you don’t want to share here you can email me at korimichele at gmail dot com
I’m getting the same problem with OSX 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) and Firefox 23.0.1 (the latest version).
Also, this is up there in my top 3 favorite webcomics with A Redtail’s Dream and The Young Protectors. The art is what drew me in, but the characters are what keep me anticipating each new page.
I’m on Firefox now, and it didn’t happen. However, I am on my mother’s computer. Last time, when it happened, I was on my husband’s.
It also works fine on my husband’s older laptop now too.
Psychological office or physical doctor’s office? I’m curious to see which one it is. I would really like to see Lee discuss openly with someone about his own confusing feelings because even if he was the first to say ‘I like you’ to Frank, I’m sure there are some mental blocks in place from our culture which does tend to form against the gay population. It’s a sad truth, but I am glad to see it’s weakening very quickly compared with others. There are many who are okay with gays even if they aren’t gay, but there are still others who are beaten for it.
I would like to say thank you to Kori for making such a lovely comic, and I am increasingly aware of the magnitude of the relationships forming inside of it. I can’t wait for more of the plot to be revealed and find out if Frank was Lee’s one wish with the cats.
The dreaded waiting room, you get there on time, and wait past the time your appointment was for…
When I saw panel 2 I was like OMG is that death reaper !!!!
Lets hope everything is alright…
I gotta say, I really love this story so far. It’s up there in my list of favorite webcomics as of right now. Right next to Tj and Amal, The Khaos Komix series, and O Human Star.
I really wish I would’ve bought some merchandise from you.
Your writing is very deep and beautiful, even in the most subtle of ways without dialogue. It inspires me greatly
